I prepared Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna today! It was such a comforting experience, creating layers of deliciousness without much effort.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 package (25-30 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Preparation Steps:
1. In a large skillet, sauté the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions are translucent.
2. Stir in the marinara sauce and tomato sauce. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
3. Spoon a layer of the meat sauce into the bottom of your crockpot. Add a layer of frozen cheese ravioli on top. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Repeat the layers until you finish with a layer of cheese on top.
4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the ravioli is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves. Enjoy your warm and cheesy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna!

Notes: For a vegetarian twist, you can swap the ground beef with finely chopped mushrooms. Feel free to add a layer of spinach or zucchini for extra veggies. Ensure the ravioli are evenly layered for even cooking. Would you add extra veggies to this dish for a healthier twist?
