- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes over the sauce.

6. Slice into 1-inch thick rolls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Brush over the tops of the rolls.
