Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls


 

Ingredients  

- 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough  

- ½ cup pizza sauce  

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese  

- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese  

- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning  

- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)  

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted  

- 2 cloves garlic, minced  

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped  


Directions  


1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  

2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.  

3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.  

4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes over the sauce.  

5. Roll the dough tightly from the long side, like a jelly roll, and pinch the seam to seal.  

6. Slice into 1-inch thick rolls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.  

7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Brush over the tops of the rolls.  

8. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.  

9. Let cool slightly before serving.  


Storage Information  

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.  

- Reheat in the oven or air fryer for a fresh texture.
