Coconut and Condensed Milk Dessert

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity

Sweetened shredded coconut 2 cups

Sweetened condensed milk 1 can (14 ounces)

Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

Salt 1/4 teaspoon

Semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional) 1 cup

Instructions:

Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix coconut, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Shape: Form mixture into small balls or mounds. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Optional: Dip in Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips. Dip coconut balls in melted chocolate or drizzle over the top.

Set Chocolate: Return to refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
